    For the next session, I’d like to see OR-MD partner with ACLU-MD to fix the Maryland Law Enforcement Officers Bill of Rights (LEOBR). This law is a major oblstacle to police accountability. For example, it stops local governments in MD from establishing civilian review boards. Fixing this law would contribute to making a better Maryland.
